I have a Conn #3 from the '50s that I played a lot and liked pretty well. I have a UMI #2, which I understand to be the same as a Conn #2 with a different exterior profile. I like that one a lot!. Use it all the time with my Mirafone Eb.
I've been looking for a Conn #1 to try. Neither UMI nor Giardinelli's list such a beast. Does anyone out there have one in good shape that you would sell me?
