Brian Balmage went to James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
I met him at a Brass Camp there in 1999.
Don't know where he lives now but I guarantee that Stacey Baker
from Morehead State Univ. in Kentucky does as they have collaborated
on several peices.
