In the Denver area to the best of my knowledge Walt Zeschin teaches at Denver metro. I studied with him all through college and all I can say is that he is one of the finest teachers and performers I have ever met. He is principal tubist with the Colorado. In BOulder Mike Allen is the tuba professor and he is a really great guy and one heck of a player. Hope this helps.
