Hunt thru the archives here (sorry, not sure which month). There was a link to pictures of a "tenor sousa" on EBAY. Genuine half-sized sousaphones are in Bb (tenor) -- the same pitch as a trombone or euphonium. I posted at that time, because I had coincidentally seen another of this type just that week.

The title of the post was (approximately)

"L(AT)(AT)k, a piccolo sousaphone!"

The term "baby sousa" was used on the eBay site.
