Yes, Custom is the exclusive distributor for B&S Perantucci, Hirsbrunner, Sterling, and others in the US. Anyone else in the US that sells this equipment has purchased it from Custom or is selling it illegally. Now I don't know about the MP's, but the horns can be purchased elsewhere in the world (not the US) for maybe even a little less. I ordered my Hirsbrunner 4/4 for about $5000 less than what Custom was going to charge me for it directly from the factory in Sumiswald. But for something like a mouthpiece, the price difference isn't enough to warrent overseas purchasing in my opinion. Custom sells them for about $95 right now I think, plus they will send you as many as you want to try.
