W refers to a wide rim, N is a narrow rim. H refers to a Helleberg style mouthpiece. Marcinkiewicz mouthpieces tend to have a very wide cup diameter with varying cup depths and throat diameters. A nice feature of Marcinkiewicz mouthpieces is that all of the mouthpiecs within a rim type (wide or narrow) utilize the same rim characteristics, making it very easy to go from one moutpiece to another.
