You might also try contacting one of the many U.S. military bands. Back in the 1970s I was with the Strategic Air Command Band in Omaha; I remember having an arrangement of "Here's Johnny" by Art Dedrick in our stage band library.
I no longer have any contacts out there (they are all retired or dead!), but the name of the band now is the "Heartland of America Band". If you call the Offutt AFB operator at 402-294-1110, they can connect you with the band.
