Hello. Yesterday I received a Monette 94 (I play a HB 2-P), I put the mpc. in and the shank was almost completely(except for about an 1/8 of an inch)in the leadpipe. I was wondering if it was normal for Monette mpcs. to have that short of a shank. Would a Monette 98 do that as well? By the way, just what is the difference between a 94 and 98 (soundwise, response, feel, etc). I welcome all opinions on this matter.
