Those early handmade 621 F tubas are awesome! I own the first one (SN 10001) which I purchased from the original owner, who selected it with Don Harry out of the original batch. Very open low register, free blowing, with a sound much bigger than one would expect from the size of the horn. If Tony's horn is anything like mine, it will be a gem.
