the tuba plays sharp... I knew I needed an extention of some sort but haven't found a Sousaphone bit that fits without leaking yet.... but I'm getting there. My private teacher also said that If I even only get the leadpipe lengethened then that would solve almost all of my tuning problems because the sharpness just gets worse as the air gets farther through the tuba? thanks.... made some progress already.... duct tape saved the world the band director gave me permission to tape some of the air leaks and told me to use duct tape... I sure it isn't good for the horn but he's a clarinet player so who knows thank you!!
