Sticking my name and (about 40% of the time, which I think is enough that people can find me) email address on my posts has only prompted about three to four emails a week and perhaps a phone call every week or two to the store - all of which are delightful. So many thousands of people "put their face" in my face - with only a waist-high 20" plate glass counter between us (at most) at the store - that I just can't be to a-feared o' hacker nor cracker...' not even particularly a-sceared o' the INVENTOR OF THE INTERNET himself (at least not until November).
Occasionally I post anonymously, and sometimes my sarcasm gets the best of me. Sean (Privately, he seems to prefer that to "Mr. Chisham", even though we have not met in person.) "sweeps up" after me pretty well, occasionally throwing my most useless posts in the trash.
