Pete Rodriguez can do good work. But he is a high-volume repair shop, and hires apprentices who do not always attain the same standard. Make sure Pete does the work. I've seen a few saxophones from that enterprise that did not have flat tone holes after the visit to the buffer--a beginner mistake (but one that wasn't caught before delivery to the customer).

Or, you could take the horn to Beto at Jubilee Music (also San Antonio). He's a good tech, with enough integrity not to go in if he doesn't think he can do a perfect job. But last I saw he didn't have a lathe, and that will probably be needed to machine a new rotor (hint, hint).
