I don't know html, but I'd guess that IE has been hacked to automagically allow it to recognize Windows-style filenames with spaces in them. Navigator either does not support this non-standard behavior, or, it has a setting in it that most of us have not activated. Or, maybe, the page is cached on your machine under Navigator, and that's why you can see it and we, or at least I, cannot see it.
