I was talking with an internet acquaintance today(non tuba player) who casually mentioned that Eugene Dowling taught at her undergrad school. She didn't tell me what school, but did tell me that it was in B.C. Canada.... is this true? I've lived in that area on and off over the last several years, and the only "big name" teachers I ever knew of on that side of Canada were Michael Eastep and Ellis Wean. Did/does Eugene Downling still teach in Canada, and if so, where? Thanks in advance!
