I have had 2 RB bags in my life, and the buckle for one of the backpack straps broke on both of them. I have a Dolly bag now, but I don't use the backpacks muck these days, so I cant tell you if they are any better.
I can tell you that the RB is a better looking bag, but Dolly seems a little more protective.
