You may have some problems getting the books for the Russian composers. Last time I checked, I was told that some commitee in Russia has stopped allowing us to print and sell music of the Russian composers because none of the profits are coming back to Russia. I have been told this by many tuba playing friends actually. Hopefully, the U.S. and Russia have signed a trade agreement by now. Oh! Don't loose hope if it turns out you cant get any new ones. I've recently seen some of the old editions on sale in various places, but you have to really look for them.
