Bob, I am now in Atlanta; sorry I missed you. I think you are right about Shaw and what he learned in between San Diego and Atlanta and I also second your comments about Levy's years. I saw a New Year's Eve "Night in Vienna" which couldn't have happened if the maestro's monkey had died (or the crank on the hurdy-gurdy had broken). I wanted to demand my money back but my family wouldn't let me.
