Pulled off a rotor screw on my 163 and measured it. It's a metric 3M0.6. A good hardware store or any fastener supplier should have them. Stainless is probably a good choice of material--much tougher than brass.
If the screw head isn't large enough, you might want to pick up some flat washers to go along with the screw.
