Speaking of Perantucci mouthpieces...I can make sme suggestions base on my own experience,
If you like "American style" mouthpiece (funnel cup), try PT-36 (very similar to a Conn Helleberg) and PT-42,44,48 ..
If you like "German style" mouthpiece (rounded cup), definetly try a PT-88
Those are not small mouthpieces, the inside diameter range from 33mm-33.5 , and of course with different high points, the feel of the rim size may vary.
