Yep, I even have a Mahler 2 DVD with Lenny/LSO where Fletch is hammering away with one of his Holtons. In the book written about Fletch he states that he had two Holtons and one was bought from Bob Tucci(the same one used on the Solti/Vienna Wagner Ring). He says he was persuaded by Dennis Wick to persue one of the big CC's after having heard one in the hands of Arnold Jacobs and Bob Tucci. He had the fifth removed from one of them to make it free-er blowing. He said he thought it made quite a difference. He also owned a couple of Alex horns too. By the way, the Mahler 2 video is pretty amazing.
