Well, I am in envy and perhaps awe of your collection. I've own just two recordings of this piece--the LAPhil one and the Philharmonia on with Gardiner conducting. While the LAPhil one has some unique value to tubists, I think the Gardiner recording is significantly better. And while I haven't heard any recordings by Berlin or Chicago of this piece (my two favorite groups), I can't imagine that they could be a whole lot better than Gardiner's recording. You can look for more reviews at the Gramophone magazine website. Just keep in mind that as an British publication, they tend to like the sound of European orchestras over the American sound. Some of the highest praise they seem to give some American recordings is that they approach the European sound. But nonetheless, it is a good reference.
