Chronologically speaking:
Getting my (yes, "MY") Eagle, Globe, and Anchor back in February -
Finding a wonderful young woman who, although we are no longer dating, is turning out to be my best friend around here -
Performing at the Marine Corps War Memorial just hours after the burial of my grandfather in Arlington, with much family, and his flag, in attendance -
Spending a weekend at DCA Finals, with some of my other best friends from back home, and getting to see my former corps throw it all on the line, yet again, as only they can do.
Those were a few things that left me glowing. Holiday leave is coming up, too, and my niece is now walking.
I'm not the type to dwell on disappointments. Life's too much fun.
