You have to look in to a Walt Johnson Case. They pretty much do one kind of case which does wonders for flying. They're bulky, but bomb proof. I had been using a Unitec "flight" case, but each time I flew with it the horn's bell was crunched. Even after a more custom unit was built for me at no charge (while at a conference) through Unitec, the horn continued to sustain damage. The original Unitec case was sold to me through the Tuba Exchange. They refused to offer any compensation or backing of this case that they recommend and sell. The large Johnson case will set you back about $850., but it is a wise investment should you need to fly with the horn. They have a web site under Walt Johnson cases.
