All of Conn's goldplated instruments included more elaborate engravings then their silver or lacquered counterparts. Often these more elaboratedly detailed horns included naked ladies (somethimes complete figure, other times just busts), buildings, nature scenes, eagles, etc. However, the term "Naked Lady" is usually reserved to describe that era of Conn instruments from the 30s-60s that always had the art deco, pentagram engraving. The earlier engravings with naked women are usually referred to as "Portrait" or "Artist" models. Your horn definitely falls into this category.

I find it interesting that your horn has just the bell gold plated. I speculate the bell may be from a different horn.
