I'm sorry that I'm late in responding. I've been on the road gigging over the weekend.
I use the Fostex VF-01. The instruction manual is a bugger to read, but once you understand that the instructions are based on going from the finished product backwards almost, you will find that it has a lot of goodies in a package.
