Some time ago I found 7 pics of a Cerveny "back-pack" Tenorhorn. They have been uploaded to a folder, that has been linked to below here.

The illustrated instrument is not in the best shape, but its rather unique design can be seen very well.

A few comments on history and potential usage have been added to the first two pics.
