Chris,
You got some answers, but what I use in the shop these days, you can get in your local CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc. Elmer's brand STIX-ALL works great. It's like silicone caulking with extra adhesive. Good stuff to have around the house. Put a little dab in the cup area. Push in the plastic pearl and spin it to give more contact area. Any extra will squirt out the edges and that you can wipe off. Let it dry overnight. Not worth the hassle of driving back to a store for them to do that, but I'm sure any Meinl Weston dealer will be glad to take care of you.
