This looks like a horn I tried out about 20 years ago. It was absolutely enormous and was almost as wide as it was tall! We called it "the pretzel". The one that I tried had serious intonation issues such as the famous Conn (on many models, anyway) non-existent "F" (or at least horribly flat) just below the staff. That said, I could have purchased the horn for 750.00 in 1982! Individual horns are different so don't accuse me of badmouthing this particular one-the only way to tell is to play it-a bit hard on ebay.
I have seen one of these that was cut to CC which made it into a real gem. It was one of the few cut horns that I've seen that have really played well, (just my opinion but there it is).
