It's funny you should say that. When I started playing CC tuba, I thought of it as "adding" it to the instruments that I can play. Now that I play CC 100% of the time AND I haven't played a BBb horn in about 5 years, it has now become a switch. I don't know that I can sight read very well on BBb. In fact, I bet I don't remember some of the fingerings. I guess it is a case of "use it or lose it." Since I haven't used BBb fingerings with any regularity, I believe I may have lost it. I do remember most BBb fingerings, but that is probably because I owned an F tuba for a few years. (F fingerings are SORTA like a hyrbrid of BBb and CC fingerings)
