If you have no hard evidence, then you can not tell a counselor or principal or parent, as it will only slander him. No band director needs to have something like this over their heads if it is not true. Don't start rumors like this. if the flute player is your friend, then ask her if something is going on. If she denies it and you don't believe her, warn her that she needs to get out of the situation immediately. Unless you have real proof, stay out of it.
