The Martins are also a bit squatter than the Conns, and the bell tenon must be around 8" in diameter--you can easily drop a 2xJ bell tenon through it. Mine doesn't say "Handcraft" on it, but I can't see any difference with one that does. The standard Martin recording bell is 25" in diameter and I've seen one with a 30" recording bell.
Altogether nice horns and much overlooked.
