Mike Fischer (tuba professor at Boise State University) has arranged a bunch of really nice romantic solos for both tuba and euphonium. I particularly like "Romance" by Saint Saens. Also really nice is "Gypsy Songs" by Brahms. His arrangements are available through Tuba Euph Press. I have found them to be some of the better edited arrangements out there.
