I would suggest lip trills (slow at first) to strengthen your embouchure. Buzz scales on your mouthpiece with a glissando for < 15 min/day. Gliss 2 octaves with your valves half-down. Bach Cello Suites in the octave written are great on F/Eb tuba for high range and for making music. Rochut/Bordogni etudes are good as written and down one octave on contrabass. And low playing to balance everything out.
