Have any of you ever realized that while in the middle of a practice sessioon (when you feel all out, lips about to fall off, etc) that if you apply some ice, you can play better, but this only works for a few minutes or so. Any way to prolong this, or maybe heat...
I know that when we are tired our lips tend to swell, an this ice brings it down....
