If you are interested in a great Camp for a tuba session, check out Camp Avalon near Battle Creek Michigan. Marty Eirickson, Sam Pilfian, Steaven Mead are the instructors. They are Great people to talk to and learn from. One of my Tuba Band Students has been there for two years now. He has liked it very much and come back each year with a higher standard or level of playing. He even got to play in a concert with the Battle Creek Brass Band. It don't get any better than that. I would give any thing to have the honnor to make music with that band, for they are one of the best Brass Band in the world. We talked about a posiblity of an adult amature camp, now would'nt that be too much fun. OH YEAH!!!!!!
