Just had to point out that I grew up in North Dakota and have been to Hoople a number of times. And yes, it is the University of Southern North Dakota at Hoople.
p.s. There used to be an annual trip that was organized to go to Hoople and test the capacity of their local taverns. It was called the "Hop to Hoople". Not to be outdone, the folks over in Zap N.D. had the "Zip to Zap".
