I play on the SM4 now and I love it. As far as how it may sound on a Willson, I have no idea because I used it on a Besson and now on my Sterling. The sound that I'm able to get from it is just great and it is a very comfortable mouthpiece to play on. The BB1 is a great mouthpiece too. It has the capabilities of producing a very dark sound, the only problem that I noticed on it was that as soon as went to it from my 51D, I lost like a fourth on my range, which I had to rebuild. Nonetheless, they are both great mouthpieces but for you I would suggest just trying them all out. I believe the brasswind will send up to three mouthpieces for you to try out. Play on them for a few days and make your own decision.

Hope this helps,
Euphman
