Check the archives on Sept 27, 2003 - I posted the same question. Several archives about this if you search.
They are made by VMI.
I ordered one of these (the 3 + 1 configuration) a month ago and played on it for 4 days. The horn is really well made and has a very warm sound. Nice case too. However (and this is why I sent mine back) it doesn't play in tune for anything. Flat like crazy with the tuning slides pushed in, and sharp on other notes. It wasn't just me either - these are the same comments everyone has about these horns. A friend that played on it had the same sound. Don't buy this horn, you'll be disappointed, trust me.

For less money you can buy the Weril H980 (which is what I bought instead). Much better horn, in my opinion the best new euphonium you can buy for $1,000. It is a virtual clone of the Yamaha YEP 321 but has a larger bore, which gives it an incredible sound. Or look for a used Yamaha 321.
