I had a rotary Amati Eb. Appeared to be a Cerveny CEB-641-4, just with brass brass slides instead of nickle (Like the difference between a Miraphone 186, and 186-student). I found nothing wrong with it. No better, or worse than the Miraphone rotary Eb (Both of these even have that fuzzy low-C 'F-tuba thing' going on). The only reason I sold it was because it didn't fit my needs.
