Your suggestion brings to mind a question. Would a "high resistance" mouthpiece be a better match for a "high resistance horn," thinking that what ever type of air flow the horn encourages is supported by a mouthpiece that encourages the same? Or, would a "low resistance" mouthpiece work better because then resistance would not be compounded by more resistance? The relationship of horn to mouthpiece interests me, though I would simply try several mouthpieces and choose my favorite. Anyway, I'm taking note of all mouthpiece suggestions for future reference. By the way, everyone's posts have been recieved in good spirit, and appreciated. I think I've passed the brick wall in producing sound, now darker and lower in pitch, with a more relaxed face and body. I am pleased, and I think I'll be ready by Thursday!

Cheers
