Matt is correct! The compensating version of this F tuba is currently tooling up for production. Several of the components were changed completely from the first go around and new casting dies are needed. SO...if all goes as planned, the compensating version of this horn should hit the street sometime after the new year, hopefully (emphasis on hopefully) around February. The holdup currently is due to the fact that B&H relies on outside sources for tooling materials. As soon as those materials come in...the horns will start to be produced.
Look for a non-compensating (5 valve) version of this instrument to hit the street a few months after the compensating (4 valve) version does.
