This may not help you right away but something that we do here, in the spring, is have each member of the ensemble arrange or compose a piece to be performed by the ensemble. We've had everything from the Beatles and the Punky Brewster Theme Song to Prokofiev arranged for the ensemble and there have been some really exciting original works done as well. Everything that is written is then added to our library for future use. The other side benefit, of course, is that those in the studio gain experience thinking like a composer.
