The composer of that work is Steven Mellilo. Not sure of the spelling there. He did his undergrad here at Ball State for what little it is worth. If you like that work you are very likely to enjoy his other compositions as well. In my opinion they all have a very similar sound concept to them. I can't say that I think he'll be the next Holst but what he does is certainly fun from a performers perspective when it is done with a good ensemble.
