I don't know if these people will help you any, but it's where I always order my music from. During this time of year up through about January, they carry quite a bit of tuba music because of high school solo contests. They might have to order it, though. ...and if they seem unorganized, they really do know what they're doing! (I hope that doesn't make you doubt my recommendation.)
