I found a Conn 2 (no longer in production under that name) to be a good, deep, large mouthpiece. Certainly it is one place to start and easy to range from it to larger and then more focused mouthpieces. Pick one up for ten bucks, used, and try it; then you will know if just large is going to do it or if you need t learn another trick.
