One of the requirements of smart aleck responses is accuracy. If you're going to quote facts in your answer, you better get them right! And, of course, the Ewald Quintet #1 has 5 parts while the Robert King arrangment of the same work (titled Symphony for Brass) has 6 parts. I don't personally know of a recording of the King version but it would be markedly different than a recording of the original work.
I don't know, do we have more of a shortage of qualified curmudgeons or smarta**s? This could start a whirlwind philosophical debate...
