Just keep on practicing so that there is no doubt who is the better player, and then you will not have to worry about it. Even if you do end up using the small horn for some reason, you'll still be able to blow her away! For now let your playing do the talking. As Teddy Roosevelt said, "Speak softly and carry a big stick!" The stick of course being your playing.
I would imagine if she is just a beginner, as you say, the teacher would not let her use the bigger horn.

P.S. Also be nice to her. Girls hate that! and you never know she may grow up to be pretty cute and then you'd have an advantage over all the other guys cause you were the nice guy who let her use your tuba way back when.....
