Sounds like you know everything you need to know. If I were you I would break out the ol' rochut and other slow melodic type etude books and go to town. Fingerings will come very quickly.. should be second nature within a month. The hardest part of picking up F for me was getting comfortable with the blow and developing an F tuba sound concept. The best solution for this is to take a few lessons with someone that has already gone through this sort of thing(or a local pro). I would also encourage you to do lots of heavy listening. My favorite rotates on a regular basis but I would strongly suggest picking up atleast the following:

Marcus Hotzel: Variations
Velvet Brown: Tuba
Gene Pokorny: Tuba Tracks
Michael Lind: The Virtuoso Tuba

As for warm-up type material I just transpose what I do on my CC. If you run out of Rochut material or want a change of pace it also doesn't hurt to work your way through the trumpet Arban.
