Hi from England,

There is some really good advice prior to this posting, particularly on the
mouthpiece side.

I have changed from brass to wind band recently and found the Wick 2AL I was
using hopeless in the concert band on my Willson 2900.

I discovered Doug Elliott mouthpieces and have never looked back !
I now have a LB W116 rim with a K cup that gives stunning sounds. ( Please
note thats a big mouthpiece as I have spent 4 years on Tuba ).
Their are some fine mouthpieces around, the beauty of that mouthpiece range
is that there are so many combinations.

Best wishes, Charley.
