I was going through some old books of mine and found the above mentioned book. One of my first students studied with Phil Catelinet at Carnegie Tech [now Mellon] in the late 60's . He gave me a copy of this book . The Idea seems to be that anyone can find ten minutes each day to practice theses exercises . They are different for each day and he even gives you Sunday off.They contain tone , flexibility ,scales major and minor etc. The book is like the man himself charming and unassuming . I would doubt that the book is in print or ever was . It appears to be manuscript . Has anyone else seen this book. Big Dave
